Formalities
Safety Precautions
Please inform us of any medical conditions including
pregnancy when booking, as some treatments may not be appropriate
for you.
Courses
All monies paid for courses are non-refundable, although balances may be
transferred to other treatments.
Cancellation Policy
Please give 24 hours notice of cancellations. We reserve the
right to charge the full treatment cost if 24 hours notice is not
given.
Punctuality
We kindly request that you arrive on time for appointments
so that we can ensure that full treatment time is given to you and
to prevent inconvenience to other clients.
Mobile Phone Courtesy
We respectfully request that you switch your phone to silent
when in the salon.
No Smoking Policy
The salon operates a strict no smoking policy.
Client Consultations
All clients will be given a thorough consultation at their
first visit. This information is completely confidential.
Payment
We accept cash, cheques and all major credit/debit cards.
Prices are inclusive of VAT.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers can be purchased for any amount and for all
treatments. they are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Parking
Parking is available at the Grange Centre car park and North
Street car park. Parking in Midhurst is FREE.
